FAQ
Questions before you book
Straight answers on sessions, California availability, and what to expect.
Do I need to be in California?+
For physical therapy (initial evaluations and PT follow-ups), yes — you need to be in California at the time of the appointment. Coaching assessments are available worldwide. A discovery call can clarify which path fits.
What session should I book?+
New and unsure → 15-min Discovery. New PT patient → 45-min Initial Evaluation. Existing PT patient → 30-min PT Follow-up. Performance work → 45-min Coaching Assessment.
What platform do sessions use?+
Sessions are held over video (Google Meet or equivalent). A link is sent with your calendar confirmation.
What should I prepare?+
A quiet space, a webcam, room to move, recent injury history if relevant, the shoes or tools you climb in, and a clear list of goals.
Is this a medical emergency service?+
No. For red-flag symptoms such as chest pain, acute neurological loss, or uncontrolled bleeding, call emergency services or go to urgent care.
Can you bill my insurance?+
This is self-pay telehealth. Superbills may be available on request — ask during your discovery call.
How is coaching different from PT?+
PT (initial eval and PT follow-ups) is clinical care available when you’re in California at appointment time. Coaching is performance programming via a coaching assessment and is available worldwide — it isn’t a substitute for physical therapy if you’re outside California.
Still unsure which path fits?
